Refund policy

Returns & Claims

At DUTITEX, we take great care in inspecting every order before shipment. As our products are sold for wholesale purposes, returns are accepted only in the circumstances outlined below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@dutitex.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the items
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, credit, or refund.

Returns

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from DUTITEX.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Returned within the approved timeframe

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products manufactured to customer specifications
  • Special production orders
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Wholesale orders are not eligible for exchanges. If a replacement is required due to an approved claim, we will arrange it directly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Natural Characteristics

Many of our products are handcrafted using traditional textile techniques. Slight variations in embroidery, color, weave, and finish are considered natural characteristics of handcrafted production and are not regarded as manufacturing defects.
